Pop princess Dua Lipa is richer than most royals.
I can reveal that the London-born singer, 28, saw her fortune rocket by £154,000 a week last year – on the back some shrewd investments as well as her sell-out tour.
Net assets in her ‘artistic creation’ company, Radical 22 Ltd, hit almost £30million, up from £21.7million in 2021, according to accounts published this week.
But it was not just cash from her Future Nostalgia tour which helped her fortune. She also saw the value of her share portfolio climb £3million up to £13million and she bought a smart investment property near St Pancras Station for £1.5million, the accounts said.
The company, which was called Dua Lipa Ltd until last year but was changed to Radical 22, channels earnings from royalties, live performances and investments.
Her 91-date tour ran from February to November last year and grossed more than £83million and was seen by more than 1.3million fans.
The New Rules singer is due to release her third studio album early next year – and is likely to see her fortune soar further.
