Hugh Jackman made a splash in his home country of Australia, as he celebrated while taking a dip in the sea.
Visiting Perth as part of his The Man, The Music, The Show world tour, the 50-year-old enjoyed some well-deserved time off with a winter swim.
Getting his Baywatch on, there was nothing Les Miserables (see what we did there?) about the Aussie actor, who did a number of celebratory while poses out in the water.
Is a Hot Girl Summer in Australia a Hot Girl Winter? Answers on a postcard please.
Sticking his thumbs up and throwing his arms in the air, it’s like Hugh knew we’d use these photos for future celebratory reaction pics. Very ‘us going into the weekend’.
Having toured all over the world as part of his live musical theatre show, which saw the actor perform songs from his most famous musical roles in Les Mis, The Greatest Showman and The Boy from Oz, Hugh enjoyed the opportunity to return to his native country in August.
The actor is thought to have stayed with his wife Deborra-Lee Furness and their teenage kids, 19-year-old Oscar and 14-year-old Ava during the stay and have enjoyed some family bonding time.

Speaking about the decision to take the live theatre show to arenas across the globe, Hugh explained: ‘It started in 2011. We did arenas in Australia – that’s when I first really understood [that] this can feel like a theatre, this can still feel intimate.’

He continued: ‘But it works for me to bounce around [action, drama, musicals, touring]. That’s when I feel the happiest. Like basketballers.
‘Some might say if I’m going to do free throws just let me do free throws. I’d prefer to go freethrow to a three-point to a dunk.
